The embedded PDF below is scanned from the original document at 600dpi in 1-bit monochrome, a median filter applied to reduce noise, and the resulting images downscaled to 300dpi, combined and OCR applied in Adobe Acrobat. It is best viewed using the ‘View fullscreen’ link.
